This class is a 1 day intensive catering to those giving birth in a hospital setting! * Pregnancy 101 *Navigating the hospital setting * Intuition and communication * Stages of labor * When to head to the hospital *Common questions * Comfort & pain relief * Partner support * Newborn care & Feeding * Nurturing your body, mind and spirit and so much more! Class fee: $200 Class cost covers attendance for two people. Safe social distancing will be enforced. *As a doula, there is a chance that I may be called to a birth without notice. If in the event I am called to a birth, I will notify all participants that class will be moved to the next day. Class fees are non-refundable under any circumstances but may be transferred.
